                                       燒肉係自己整架

前日自己整左燒肉,脆卜卜好好味,不過咁大舊燒肉我地兩公婆一餐食吾哂架,好彩我一早就有打算啦,買定左五片百葉,嗱..豆腐火腩好多人都食過,吾知百葉火腩大家又食過未呢,我指嘅百葉係一種豆類製品,吾係牛百葉呀,大家千其吾好誤會喎!

老公同我都好鍾意食豆類製品架,豆腐,豆泡,豆漿,支竹,腐竹,腐皮及百葉等都係我經常會煮嘅食品,百葉好有黃豆味架,佢本身又好吸收汁液,所以用佢嚟做配菜就最啱啦,好似我今次就吾用豆腐而改用百葉去煮火腩咁,我覺得效果好好,佢地大家都係豆製品,但係百葉除左有咬口之外,如果你一啖咬落去你就知個分別係邊,火腩嘅肉汁完全入哂百葉裡面,餸飯真係一絕呢!!

呢個火腩百葉做法好簡單
材料有:火腩十多件,百葉三片(每片一開3件),蒜子五粒,薑一片,莞茜少許

調味料:鹽半茶匙,麻油少許

茨汁:生粉一茶匙,蠔油一湯匙,清水小半碗

做法:燒熱鍋,下少許油爆香蒜子及薑片,加入火腩,炒致有肉香味,加入清水半碗及百葉,加鹽及麻油,翻炒數下,蓋上鍋蓋,中火炆致百葉淋身(大概十分鐘),加入莞茜,略略炒均,最後再打入生粉蠔油拌炒數下即成!
